The Technology Adoption Specialist in this exciting role will work within a dynamic End User Services team that is accountable for designing and delivering training and adoption for productivity, collaboration and communication tools. This individual will partner with Senior Technology Adoption Engineer and key customers and will assist in delivering well-defined training and adoption solutions. Additional responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and evaluating training cycle with direction from senior team members
  • Assist in delivery of technical training programs that will prepare employees to use available technology and tools  
  • Work with the IT team on an ongoing basis to review and revise training curriculum
  • Assist in identifying and training subject matter experts (SME’s) and champions
  • Research, create, and deliver weekly technology tools Tips and Tricks
  • Provide awareness to employees and drive training and communication efforts
  • Organize events with large groups and hands-on participants including workshops and fairs
  • Maintain training calendar with current events and activities across the different locations in North America
  • Oversee tracking of attendance of training sessions
  • Leverage common solutions and services to meet key project goals

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience working with current technology tools)
  • 1 years of experience working in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Experience in a customer-facing role providing guidance or advice on a variety of technology tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • 1+ years’ experience using Office 365 products
  • Enthusiasm for public speaking and teaching others
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-starter who enjoys learning and continuous improvement
  • Solid attention to detail and follow-through
  • Good time management and organization skills
  • Curious nature with a desire to seek new ways of engaging employees in using technology
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
