We are looking for a Trade and Settlements Projects Portfolio Manager

Summary:

The successful candidate is responsible for managing and coordinating the portfolio of projects executing in the Trade and Settlements domain. This individual will have the opportunity to engage in the strategy work and oversee the execution within the portfolio.

The projects in the portfolio cover a wide range of applications and functions, involving technology change, Industry changes, regulatory changes, business process redesigns and operating model reviews/amendments.

Particular areas of focus for this Trade strategy are:

• Trade Capture, validation and enrichment.• Repo lifecycle processing.• Replacement of legacy Settlement engine.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for direct interaction with different areas, such as Trade and Settlements Operations, Securities Services Product, Finance, Capability & business architects.• Runs Program steering meetings to management group, as appropriate, for larger projects across the portfolio.• Strategic in developing, implementing and administering programs within functional areas• As subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level.• Ensures financial forecasts are timely and accurate across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required / preferred. • Related Industry qualification is preferred. • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.• In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required.• Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
