Epsilon is seeking a University Relations Coordinator to join the Campus Recruiting team. As a University Relations Coordinator, you will serve as the primary day-to-day contact with target universities and colleges while supporting our branding and recruiting efforts through event management.  A successful associate will have the ability to forge and maintain relationships with their external contacts, internal stakeholders, and support the campus recruiters while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities May Include (All or Some) Tasks Below:

·       Assist in planning and supporting all on-campus and in-office events

o   Manage registration and expenses for all events and conferences

o   Correspond with university contacts to plan various on campus branding events

o   Staff each event with the appropriate amount of representatives and provide prep information

o   Ship and organize materials (banners, giveaways, brochures) to events in advance as applicable

·       Develop communication strategy to enhance relationships with key university partners (career services, faculty, student groups, alumni)

·       Provide support for interviews both on campus and onsite

o   Staff all managers involved in interviews and build out interview schedules utilizing Yello

o   Book necessary conference rooms

·       Assist with pre-hire engagement for new hires and the onboarding process

·       Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates traveling to onsite interviews if applicable

·       Other University Relations related projects as needed

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree required

·       Strong relationship management skills

·       Excellent administrative and organizational skills required

·       Strong attention to detail

·       Good communication skills (written and verbal)

·       Prior recruiting experience preferred, campus recruiting a plus

·       Team-oriented, ability to establish rapport across virtual/remote relationships
