The primary purpose of this position is to support the rollout and execution of Pro Fulfillment Store (PFS) initiatives across multiple markets by coordinating operational readiness activities, conducting in-store assessments, and partnering with field and corporate teams to ensure successful program implementation. What You Will Do
- Support the rollout and execution of Pro Fulfillment Store (PFS) initiatives across multiple markets by partnering with field teams, construction, supply chain, and store leadership.
- Conduct on-site operational assessments of potential hub store locations to evaluate readiness, capacity, inventory flow, and overall alignment with program requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between store operations, construction teams, and corporate support partners to ensure successful implementation and launch readiness of fulfillment initiatives.
- Coordinate and support pre-launch activities including operational walkthroughs, issue identification, equipment readiness, associate training support, and go-live execution.
- Partner cross-functionally with Real Estate, Supply Chain, Construction, Asset Protection, and Store Leadership teams to gather insights, communicate timelines, and support market activation planning.
- Travel extensively to support in-market assessments, store readiness activities, and launch execution across assigned regions.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges in real time and escalate or coordinate resolution efforts to minimize disruption and ensure successful program implementation.
- Build strong relationships with field leadership and store teams to drive alignment, adoption, and operational consistency throughout all phases of the rollout process.
- Utilize operational data, store feedback, and field observations to provide recommendations that support program effectiveness and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support multiple projects and market launches simultaneously in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum travel requirement of 75% as a part of this role.
- Associate degree Business Administration, Communication, Education/Training, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 2 Years of Relevant professional experience
