Quality Assurance Analysts execute test cases from our automated testing suite, interpret results, manually review test environments and collaborate between engineering and design to ensure a high quality end result.  

Quality Assurance Analysts at Neighborhoods.com have opportunities to:

• Work with our Quality Assurance Engineer to define and run test cases for new projects we’re working on at Neighborhoods.com
• Boost the quality of the products and services that reach our end users
• Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to create detailed test cases, test plans, and acceptance criteria
• Execute on test cases, assess results, communicate issues and log defects on our web and mobile applications
• Work with modern QA tools, like Selenium and Sauce Labs
• Learn to write new scripted tests and modify existing tests
• Participate in the product development lifecycle from planning through to execution and release

Education, Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ years’ experience in a Quality Assurance role working on web and/or mobile products
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Strong time management skills
• Familiarity with agile development processes and toolsets similar Jira and Confluence
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Familiarity with executing scripted QA tools
