SpotHero is searching for a smart, energetic, and enthusiastic Receptionist who will leave our guests with a phenomenal first impression of SpotHero! We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, superbly organized, and a superstar at multi-tasking. You’ll be responsible for welcoming guests, owning all office mail and package operations, and supporting our Office Manager with ad-hoc Administrative tasks.

What will you do?

Above all, ensure that anyone and everyone who walks through our office doors have an exceptional experience at SpotHero.

• Professionally greet and situate all visitors, candidates, and employees, oversee the tidiness of our office reception area, and ensure all guests have a flawless first impression of SpotHero.
• Register guests with building and notify the appropriate people upon guest arrival.
• Mailings & Deliveries: Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Employee & candidate travel: Organize and manage company travel plans.
• Onboarding: Help new employees handle the administrative process of joining SpotHero.
• When asked "What does your daily planner look like?", please answer with "SpotHero".
• Help with administrative needs of regional offices on an as-needed basis.

You are:

• Personable. People are naturally drawn to you as you can make anyone feel comfortable and supported. Likewise, you enjoy working with people and thrive off their energy.
• Proactive. You can’t stop yourself from fixing something if you see something that needs doing. Not sure how to do something? You figure it out!
• A multi-tasking wizard. You always exceed expectations, leaving people wondering, “How do you do it?”
• Detail-oriented. You are exceptionally organized and have incredible time management skills - you never let anything slip through the cracks!
• Energetic! You have a positive attitude and are always eager to help out with the next project.

Pre-Requisites:

• 1-2 years experience in an administrative capacity
• Lots of energy and great interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
• Experience using Mac and Apple products preferred
