Job Description:
Discover will not sponsor or transfer employment work visas for this position. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
This is a key role within Corporate Treasury responsible for overseeing Compliance, RCSA, issue management, and remediation activities across different areas of Corporate Treasury with a focus on process and compliance excellence. Supports Corporate Risk and Compliance activities. Works with minimal supervision. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities
• Supports implementation of the Compliance Management System (CMS) across all areas of Corporate Treasury
• Analyzes Treasury risk data. Interpret data for the purpose of supporting key Treasury goals such as risk environment monitoring and risk mitigation.
• Develops and implements tools to facilitate risk, compliance, issue management and remediation activities
• Supports implementation of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program within Corporate Treasury and supports RCSA reporting activities
• Supports effective challenge and escalation within Treasury processes and helps management in preparing presentations and reports
• Leads tracking of remediation activities (Corporate Risk, Compliance, Business Risk, Regulatory, Internal Audit)
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, Accounting, Finance, Project Management, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in Risk, Compliance, Audit, or Internal Control roles
• In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Risk, Compliance, Audit, or Internal Control roles
Preferred Qualifications
If we had our say, we'd also look for:
• Certified Internal Auditor
• Experience supporting Risk/Compliance functions in the banking space
• RCSA experience

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
