Sales Development Representative

(Independent Contractor 1099)

Are you looking to get your foot in the door and prove yourself as a fierce sales professional? Are you driven to do whatever it takes to succeed? Do you have the motivation to “get your hustle on” and earn the money you deserve? LotLinx is seeking Sales Development Representatives to cold call automotive dealers and schedule demo appointments for our sales team. If you are fearless and eager to learn we will train you to succeed. As an independent contractor, you will earn a base salary in addition to commissions for each demo appointment that is held and completed. This position has the opportunity to transition into full time regular employment based upon your success in the role.


Who you are:

You LOVE prospecting customers by phone and are excellent at it. You like the idea of being your own boss and having the opportunity to earn unlimited income potential. You have proven skills in sales, telemarketing, cold calling or appointment setting. You are someone who thrives in a fast paced digital environment. You are hungry to not only meet sales goals, but exceed them to be a leader within your industry by prospecting potential customers over the phone. Making over 100 phone calls a day does not intimidate you. You are considered “The Closer” when it comes to deals and rely heavily on your strong negotiation skills. You are able to commit to working a minimum of 20 hours per week between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. You are not afraid of the next challenge and look forward to it.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it will be to:

Cold-call prospects that are generated by external sources of lead and schedule demo appointments

Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process


Penetrate all targeted customers and radiate demo appointments from within new client base


Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches


Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.


Set up product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions between leads and LotLinx Sales Representatives


Overcome objections of prospective customers


Emphasize product/service features and benefitsEnter new customer opportunities into Salesforce (CRM)


Attend periodic sales training, where applicable

Ability to learn technical product knowledge with easeDemonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals and achieve sales quotas

Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers

Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills

Excellent listening skills Strong written communication skills

Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm

High level of integrity and work ethic
