Primary Purpose
This position is responsible for the creation of engaging and compelling marketing material that inspires CPG partners to engage with our team and ultimately supports our media monetization channels. The incumbent must have the ability to be hands-on in building and executing essential sales communication documents and processes. Requires a strong understanding of brand positioning and the ability to distill this information into relevant, focused communication.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days.
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create copy and marketing materials that present products in a way that captures their unique points of differentiation.
  • Leverage customer insights and external expertise to create compelling sales materials.
  • Advise design team on customer point of view to ensure communication cohesiveness between design and message.
  • Great communication skills at questioning product team as well as sales leads to gain required information for content development.
  • Expert at synthesizing broad information into concise sound bites for easy consumer comprehension that captures their imagination.
  • Assist with the creation, scheduling and management of content for social channels.
  • Interact with PR staff to ensure that copy specifics are stated in a manner that is technically and legally correct.
  • Measure and report the impact of and outcomes of marketing activities.
  • Coordinate ad hoc meetings with the sale team to review current marketing efforts and determine future needs.
  • Participate in developing the strategy for and subsequently, the creation of sales team presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Coordinate and support team participation in industry events.


  • 2-4 years of Sales and marketing experience
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience with Microsoft Programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to create and design even when given specific design guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Self-starter and able to move projects forward and meet deadlines
  • Business and professional written and oral communication
  • High level of creativity when creating strategic sales materials positioning ADRM solutions. Creativity in positioning, language, data, industry statistics, etc.
  • Ability to synthesize data to create a visual story and presentation that can be understood by a variety of audiences
