Requirements (What We’re Looking For):
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field – or equivalent experience (Required)
1–3 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or marketing operations (Required)
Experience supporting professional services organizations (Preferred)
Familiarity with CPQ tools, ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA), CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and collaboration platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, Workday)
Comfortable collaborating with both sales and delivery teams and managing multiple stakeholders
Proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to drive process improvements and follow through on tasks
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):
Serve as the owner of all non-Salesforce sales operations tasks and processes
Maintain and enhance an internal CPQ tool and associated proposal and SOW templates in collaboration with Sales and Delivery teams
Manage the sales operations JIRA queue, including triaging and resolving tickets related to quoting, templates, account mapping, and more
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams to coordinate support for events, campaigns, and webinars, including post-event follow-up support
Own AE and partner account mapping activities, including updates after events and alignment reviews
Maintain SDR lead and account assignments and support data hygiene routines
Monitor inbound Event and/or HubSpot leads and coordinate with AEs for timely assignment and follow-up
Coordinate and track client testimonial requests in collaboration with Marketing, OCX, and Partnership teams
Support process documentation, report creation, and continuous improvement of operational workflows
Collaborate with teams using Smartsheets, Workday, and other internal tools to support broader cross-functional initiatives

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

The hiring base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At TopBloc, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range salary is $50,000 - $80,000.
