We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Supervisor for the Tier 1 Team, responsible for leading and managing two critical functions within the sales support organization: the OEM Enrollments Team and the Contracts Support Team. This role ensures operational efficiency, team performance, and the accurate execution of tasks that directly support revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
The Sales Operations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations, coach and develop team members, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement in Contracts Support and OEM Enrollments processes and service delivery.
What You'll Do
Team Leadership & Management
  • Supervises and support the OEM Enrollments and Contracts Support teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and service standards.
  • Supporting training and onboarding for new OEM Enrollments and Contract Support team members.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities and conduct 1:1's, quarterly and final performance reviews.
  • Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture.

Operational Oversight
  • Monitor daily Contract Support and OEM Enrollments workflows, ticket volumes, and SLAs to ensure timely and accurate processing of enrollments and contract related tasks.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for both teams.

Process Improvement & Collaboration
  • Partner with stakeholders to streamline enrollments and contract workflows.
    • Drive interdepartmental initiatives and champion stakeholder alignment.
  • Collaborate with Manager and boundary partners to identify and implement efficiency improvement and training as necessary.
  • Support system upgrades and transitions by providing feedback and managing team readiness.

Reporting & Metrics
  • Track and report on team performance metrics, identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance in OEM Enrollments and Contracts Support process with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide consistent and timely team metrics to leadership weekly, monthly or as requested.

PTO & Resource Planning
  • Manage team schedules and PTO requests equitably, ensuring adequate coverage and business continuity.

Who You Are
Minimum:
  • High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in ownership of Salesforce.com and/or sales enablement tool administration, configuration and support. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a bachelor's degree and 3 years' experience in related field; a masters degree and 1 year of related experience or a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience.
  • 3+ years Configure/Price/Quote (CPQ) experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Requires physical ability and mental acuity to execute the duties of the role successfully within required timeframes to meet business requirements.
  • Travel: 10%

Preferred:
  • Proficient in Knowledge of existing CAI sales processes and systems

USD 79,400.00 - 119,000.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $79,400.00 - $119,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
