Job Description

The primary function of the 5Star Sales Specialist is to support loan officer lead flow by being the first point of contact to a new customer. You will be paid an hourly rate in addition to a highly competitive bonus plan that consists of daily, weekly and monthly performance tiers. Your day to day will look like:

• Reaching out to warm leads to establish contact to customers inquiring about our services.
• Handling inbound inquiries consisting of general mortgage questions and convert them into sales.
• Overcoming objections of prospective customers.
• Providing prompt and courteous customer service.

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to convert leads while maintaining established sales quotas
• Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
• Understands the importance of listening skills.
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
• Ability to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• High level of integrity and work ethic
