Moonrise is a social impact startup wholly owned by American Family Insurance. Moonrise is a worker-focused, innovative HR Tech platform that uses AI and Machine Learning to rapidly recruit workers for short-term contingent labor positions. What you’ll do:

This role is all about increasing engagement and satisfaction with our growing list of clients: 60% Account Management and 40% Account Engagement.  Most of your time will be used farming existing accounts- taking care of the client while also leveraging for more business. A typical day may include:

  1. Supporting sales and account management activities including but not limited to technical support, creating marketing materials, and helping drive incremental revenue.
  2. Calling on existing clients- these range from small mom and pop businesses to fortune 100 companies. Meetings will include taking care of client needs while collecting feedback and leveraging for more business - we’re looking for someone able to form relationships and spot opportunities.
  3. Attending prospective client meetings to close deals that either you or another member of the sales team sets up.
  4. Leading new client onboarding and training efforts to ensure client happiness and program success.
  5. Championing client UX along with Engineering and sales to create an improved user experience
  6. Anything and everything else needed- we’re looking for someone who wants to grow their career and learn every aspect of the business!

 

Qualifications 

Minimum 2 years prior account coordination. Experience in staffing or the tech/startup space strongly preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills are a must.  The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to:

  • Balance multiple responsibilities and prioritize accordingly.
  • Act as a team player in a small, agile company where priorities change quickly.
  • Act as a leader and adjust strategy with very little oversight.
  • Understand how to prioritize, reprioritize and manage tight deadlines 
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
