We are currently seeking a talented Account Development Representative to join our downtown Chicago office. As an Account Development Representative at AccuLynx, you will be responsible for working with our current customer base to promote and upsell add-ons and additional services to their monthly software subscriptions.  You will work hand in hand with the customer success and marketing departments throughout the sales process to identify opportunities, forge relationships and close deals. With thousands of users already utilizing AccuLynx, this is an incredible opportunity for a hungry sales professional to make a huge impact in growing our revenue streams.

What You Will Do:

  • Research and qualify prospects within our established customer base
  • Perform outbound calls to current customers to promote add-ons and additional services
  • Conduct compelling and engaging product demonstrations via the web
  • Track and report progress in Salesforce.com on daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Serve as a product knowledge expert and successfully overcome prospective customer objections
  • Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our customers
  • Work collaboratively with the sales, customer success and marketing teams to achieve target goals

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college in business or related field
  • 1-3 years of proven B2B sales experience including cold calling, setting appointments and closing business
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
  • “Farmer” mentality - you have a passion for finding ways to grow existing business
  • An entrepreneurial spirit - the idea of being an active participant in a growing company must excite you
  • Must be tech savvy and able to navigate a CRM
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Must have a positive attitude with a drive to win
