Sales Account Executive, 3P Ecommerce will be responsible for supporting our Ecommerce sales and marketing teams while driving growth in the channel. The Sales Account Executive will focus on day-to-day management and cross functional responsibilities across all current 3P eCommerce accounts (Pure Play + eGrocery). The ideal candidate has passion and is looking to be part of an exciting, fast-paced, innovative company. This person must have previous CPG ecommerce experience, be a strong collaborator and executor, have forward looking mind-set, analytical skills, a bias for action, and think creatively and out-of-the-box.

General Functions + Responsibilities: 

Sales

  • Support Ecommerce sales lead in day-to-day management of all 3P Ecommerce accounts
  • Ensure cross functional execution of key Ecommerce projects including, but not limited to, new customer development, item setup and content management
  • Assist in execution of new product launches and promotions within e-commerce partners’ self-service tools
  • Manage several strategic accounts within the Ecommerce channel
  • Prepare for, meet with and actively participate in all 3P Ecommerce customer reviews and meetings
  • Work with marketing team to implement improved content, descriptions and images on e-commerce platforms
  • Tone Setting: Embody the RXBAR culture, sales team values and reinforce the “RXBAR Sales Call”

Planning and Strategy

  • Work with Ecommerce leadership team to assist in driving the e-grocery strategy; to improve presence and overall experience for RXBAR customers
  • Track customer reviews, page content, updates and ongoing opportunities within channel
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Ecommerce channel and major players. Talk to other brands and buyers, listen to earnings calls and read articles related to the Ecommerce strategy and trends.

Cross Functional

  • Work across all functions to ensure all Ecommerce projects are executed in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with Insights and Marketing to identify opportunities within the channel
  • Assist in the management of activations across all functions including Marketing, Finance and Demand Planning to ensure readiness across organization
  • Assist the Ecommerce Leadership team, along with Finance, to build an annual sales plan and review weekly updates and progress with Manager
  • Understand the competitive dynamics in the Ecommerce. Where can we learn from leaders and what opportunity exists to take more share?
  • Maintain excellent customer and RXBAR employee interdepartmental relationships

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Organized, highly adaptable and resourceful
  • Desire to grow and excel
  • 2-3 years of relevant eCommerce Channel experience within CPG industry
  • Desire for collaboration in a team environment with a healthy competitive spirit
