Bitmovin, a YCombinator company, is looking for a motivated Chicago-based Account Executive who shows a high-level of energy, a strong technical understanding, and can create real opportunities with mid-market and enterprise customers. Working at Bitmovin is international, fast-paced, fun and challenging. We’re looking for talented, passionate and inspired people who want to change the way media is consumed online. Join us to sell the world’s fastest video infrastructure for the web. You will play a critical role in our sales team prospecting, discovering, and expanding business opportunities. You identify the right customers, qualify them, help nurture the long-term relationship and convert them to real opportunities.

Your Responsibilities:
• Close revenue to overachieve monthly quotas
• Generate a pipeline of new sales opportunities through outbound campaigns and inbound lead follow-up
• Drive prospect understanding of Bitmovin business value
• Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest to expand your list of prospects
• Utilize Salesforce.com and outreach.io to manage day-to-day activity, record communications and meetings with prospects and customers, and enable accurate pipeline reports and forecasts


Our Requirements:

• Minimum 3 Years Inside Sales Experience, preferably in Software or Technology
• Consistent record of overachievement of revenue plan
• Strong track record of closing new business
• Strong phone presence
• Passion for technology and aptitude to learn new technologies
• Strong communication skills, including setting goals and objectives
• Excellent writing skills
• Experience in the email/deliverability industry a plus
• Experience with Salesforce.com, Hubspot and Outreach.io a plus
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
