Account Executive | Student Services  

Cappex is launching a new service to provide high-quality advising services to college-bound students across the country via a technology enabled solution and we are looking for a driven sales professional to get in on theground floor of this exciting new business venture.  In this unique opportunity, you will play an integral role on the founding team, taking Cappex services to the next level.  This is an ideal position for someone who is a proven winner in a sales capacity, and is motivated to make a difference in a growing company. 

Base ($60,000) + commission (uncapped!) will result in expected on target earnings of $90,000 for the successful Account Executive.  

What you would do:

• Be a part of the Cappex College Advising founding inside sales team
• Use a consultative, strategic sales approach to promote and sell our independent counseling / college advising services through inbound B2C leads
• Cultivate strong relationships with interested parties seeking assistance with the college search and application process
• Earn commission on top of a competitive base salary plus full benefits

What we're looking for:

• 2-3+ years proven success in a consumer focused sales role

• Stellar inside sales skills, including outstanding phone presence, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal, with the passion and ability of brand story-telling
• A dynamic individual with a roll-up their sleeves / hands-on approach, and natural desire to get stuff done
• The desire, motivation, and drive to build something from scratch and successfully scale a new business endeavor
• Must have a college degree
