WHY WE THINK YOU WILL LOVE THIS ROLE
As an Account Executive, you will own and build relationships with key clients and partners while working with teammates and cross-functional teams that bring a wealth of knowledge to each project. You also may be supported by an AAE, whom you will have the opportunity to help grow and mentor, giving you an introduction to managing lower-level talent.
Responsible for the day-to-day execution of client campaigns and partner programs, you will cover everything from implementation to internal and external quality assurance, including effective delivery of the finalized product.

RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will execute processes and procedures designed to support the delivery of client partnership programs, always ensuring that projects are delivered keeping the client's needs and objectives in mind.
Digging deeper on the details:
- Develop and maintain an active, positive, and productive working relationship with clients, partners, and internal collaborators
- Proactively uses industry, client, brand news and knowledge to improve presentation materials, final work product, and information relating to client demographics and intelligence
- Develop a strong rapport with cross functional teams to inspire trust, collaboration, and productivity within the agency and external partners
- Support overall program strategy, objectives, expectations, program details and KPls
- Assist in the development and production of plans, presentations, creative briefs and proposals
- Coordinate and track projects through agency processes to ensure the highest level of execution and communication across internal teams
- Monitor the deliverables of cross functional teams to agreed upon timetables and timelines
- Manage project approvals, ensuring client and partner approvals are communicated to internal teams
- Coordinate and lead and/or participate in internal and client meetings ensuring notes and takeaways are distributed
- Proficient in cost tracking to ensure profitability and timeliness of various programs/ projects
- Manage and work with digital/promotions service providers and campaign management systems to assure appropriate customer segmentation, communication versioning, execution, delivery, etc.

- Digitally savvy and curious within today's media and technology environment: including social platforms, mobile, data, online advertising
