Job Description
The Account Executive in the Marketplace Business Unit will be responsible for the on-boarding, management, and growth of GoHealth Marketplace partners. GoHealth provides a number of products and solutions for health insurance companies and insurance agencies. This individual will contribute to the maximum profitability and growth of client business, in-line with company goals and values. The Account Manager will be in charge of establishing plans and strategies in order to expand, and retain business, while promoting goodwill with our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide new Partner on-boarding, daily management, and overall account services, including issue resolution and ad-hoc requests
- Gather business requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide a seamless program implementation for onboarding new Partners.
- Manage assigned Partner accounts through routine touch point calls and regular communication
- Prepare required reporting and information for both internal, and external use
- Assist with the development of marketing materials and presentation decks
- Ability to identify new opportunities and issues across a diverse customer base
- Prepare required reporting and information for both internal, and external use
- Work with the team to develop and refine processes to better serve our clients
- Constantly evaluate the needs and desires of our clients and make recommendations
- Provide industry expertise and resolve issues to maximize efficiency
- Become an expert in the individual marketplace, small group health, and life insurance sectors
Qualifications
- BS or BA degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in client account management, consulting, or sales
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently while managing multiple accounts
- Ability to analyze data and sales metrics to translate results into better solutions
- Track record of hitting targets or quotas in previous positions
- Motivated and passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solving skills, with a hands-on approach
- Experience in communicating with various levels of management
- Possess strong problem solving and presentation skills
- Tech savvy, experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel skills.
