Account Executive

Amper is hiring a high-energy Account Executive who is excited about the manufacturing industry and generating new business in our SMB and Mid-Market segments.

As an Account Executive at Amper, you will be responsible for generating new sales of by educating customers on the value of our data-driven solution and advancing them through the deal cycle. You will be responsible for meeting assigned sales quotas, developing and executing on the bottom of the sales funnel, and implementing new tactics to achieve long and short term sales goals.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with and include the marketing and product teams to help transform qualified opportunities into sales as needed
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition through demos and presentations at all organizational levels
  • Engage customers fully, to better understand customer needs and requirements
  • Consistently close new business at or above quota level through lead qualification (identify key players, rate engagement/interest), and targeted communication

Requirements:

  • You have experience in manufacturing, either in Sales or Customer Success
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including managerial and C-level
  • Driven to succeed and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven success in a B2B closing role
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - phone, email and demonstrations/webinars
  • Technical expertise and ability to acquire knowledge of new products
  • Understand and apply effective business development strategies and techniques
  • Experience working with a CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)
