Working under minimal supervision this position will create, nurture, manage and maintain productive business relationships with designated customers and prospects to ensure they understand the value of – and achieve maximize benefits from – the use of GTreasury’s partnership solutions and services. This is a farmer/hunter position with the autonomy to leverage relationships through high activity. This position will work closely with Account Management, Account Executives, and partnership resources to target and strategically sell customer and prospect accounts.

What you will do:

  • Achieve or exceed annual Goldman integration targets set forth by GTreasury’s Chief Revenue Officer
  • Develop and deliver (face to face) product presentations on a weekly basis
  • Develop a deep understanding of Money Market Funds and the value prop they serve as a part of an organization’s overall liquidity strategy
  • Develop, execute and follow a business plan for North American Territory
  • Salesforce experience or applicable CRM tool experience required / Daily use required
  • Maintain and grow a target list of prospects and customers ideal for the GSAM Integration offering
  • Work with GTreasury’s sales teams to deliver the GSAM/GT integration value prop to customers and prospects
  • Orchestrate joint meetings and product demonstrations of both GTreasury’s GSAM integration and the GSAM MMF Portal (Mosaic)
  • Know the competition & be aware of their penetration in your marketplace
  • Collaborate with your manager on competitive sales strategies
  • Identify and attend applicable trade shows, industry events, and events

Who we are looking for:

  • 5+ years in Sales / Account Management experience
  • Past Presidents Club or equivalent aware winner multiple years
  • References from past direct reports
  • Documented Top 10% in sales annually
  • 30-60-90 days business plan completed before face to face interview
  • Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner including presentations
  • Excellent listening, presentation, and consultative skills
  • Proven organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills and proven success working directly with clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Ability to interface and influence at multiple organizational levels
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred, or equivalent experience.
