Job Description
Job Summary: The Account Manager owns the day to day relationship, contact and communication stream with our client, providing world class service through exceptional client and professional services skills. The Account Manager assists the Account Director with the overall health of the client relationship through measurable client satisfaction, as well as the profitability and growth of the account by managing to set revenue and margin goals.
Job Description:
• 4+ years of relevant client experience in Account Management or Project Management (CRM and understanding of technical marketing solutions is a plus)
• Manage client in Travel and Hospitality vertical: Day-to-day management and oversight of client engagements, including status report generation, weekly meetings/calls, monthly meetings, communications with account stakeholders, communications with internal stakeholders, billing, strategy sessions, Quarterly account/benchmark reviews, and all first level escalations
• Fully understand the client's business including objectives, roles, and concerns.
• Full understanding of client Statement of Work, retainer, operational monthly billing and invoicing procedures, and client P & L
• Coordination of contract and SOW renewals and updates with internal legal and finance groups (including any change control)
• Supervising work product across the organization to enable flawless execution and client satisfaction
• Manage client projects across different Epsilon cross-functional teams, and foster collaborative and respectful relationships between the teams
• Ability to Project Manage mid to large scale technical initiatives, maintaining budget and cost control, avoiding scope creep, etc.
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize and excel in a deadline-driven and fast paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Distilling issues, delegating assignments, and providing real-time direction to team members
• Participate in team Leadership Calls to understand how business updates can impact Epsilon workstreams
• Promote adoption of products, tools, processes, and best practices throughout team; drive operational efficiency and scalability
• Responsible for adherence tocorporate compliance, including technical solution compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Mentor junior account services personnel and assist with their career-pathing
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university
• 4+ years of relevant client experience in Account Management or Project Management (CRM and understanding of technical marketing solutions is a plus)
• Excellent client service acumen, presentation and writing skills
• Creative, self-starter, who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Track record of working across an organization to get things done
• Ability to learn quickly and think strategically
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
