 The Opportunity: Our Account Manager works within the Investment Team to ensure the efficient acquisition and accuracy of our contractual assets while maintaining relationships with established partners and vendors. You will help to secure new vendors and provide key insights into supply chain factors affecting our retail marketplace. This is a unique opportunity to utilize your organizational and communicative skills to enhance your career in the sports and live event industry. 

  How your role contributes to the success of Vivid Seats: 

• Communicating with vendors via phone or email to build and maintain relationships. 
• Negotiating maximum value deals and onboarding new clients to create and retain s a diverse and dynamic partnership portfolio.  
• Data entry including unique ticket info such as performer, event, date, and seat locations provides buyers and sellers the information they need to post and purchase inventory with confidence. 
• Ensuring accuracy of ticketing assets and their corresponding marketplace listings maintains our foundation as an authoritative and trusted marketplace. 
• Keeping organized and accurate records of all transactions guarantees swift account reconciliations. 
• Providing feedback on development of new processes improves operational efficiency and departmental organization. 

How your role expectations will progress as an Operations Associate in the first 30, 90, and 180 days:  

30 days in  

• Complete new hire orientation, gaining the resources you need to be successful. 
• Learn how ticket marketplaces operate and how you'll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers. 
• Acclimate to team and company norms, business objectives, and Vivid Seats values.  
• Practice utilizing our internal inventory management system. 
• Familiarize yourself with our robust database of vendors and clients. 

90 days in  

• Contribute to our approaches, methods, or technologies to support overall business goals and drive team efficiencies.  
• Maintain, harvest and aid internal and external relationships to achieve progress and advance objectives.
• Complete specific tasks based on strict deadlines regarding inventory management. 
• Handle external communications with partners and vendors via phone and email.
• Accrue knowledge of performance venues' locations and seating charts.

180 days in   

• Apply methods to execute individual tasks that positively impacts the team.
• Play an active role in continued learnings to advance skill sets necessary for team goals.
• Negotiate and onboard potential clients creating a solid base for a growing relationship. 
• Fully grasp our contracts and their annual modifications while communicating that information across departments.
