What We Need:

 

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success professional to join our Account Management team. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing clients and driving their continued adoption of Smokeball, as well as generating revenue through the renewals process. Over the course of a week your responsibilities could include: 

 

  • Monitoring the health of your clients, looking for ways to increase both their usage of Smokeball and the value of Smokeball to their firm
  • Strategizing with key users on how to best utilize Smokeball to accomplish specific goals
  • Responding to client inquiries and directing them to the resources they need
  • Negotiating renewals with a focus on selling long-term contract options
  • When it’s safe, travelling to meet clients in person and show them some TLC

What You Bring:

 

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success roles
  • Proven ability to consistently hit revenue numbers 
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to own challenging conversations
  • Genuine desire to interact and connect with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internal and external
  • Knowledge of law firms and the legal world a huge plus
