Mobile Doorman, the leading white-label app solution for the multifamily industry, is looking for outstanding Customer Success Specialists to join our growing Customer Success team in creating long-term, trusting relationships with our clients, starting with implementation. This is a entry level position with exponential opportunity to grow.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing product implementation for multiple clients at a time - from kick off, training, content customization, app building to launch
- Serve as a lead point for all client outreach during implementation
- Facilitate product training sessions with new clients
- Triaging technical issues related to implementations and providing actionable solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relations
- Communicate with sales team on account status
Requirements:
- 2+ years Customer Service Experience (tech-related is a plus)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proven history managing timelines and competing priorities
- Project management experience preferred
- Property management experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Positive attitude, with strong desire to grow and learn
