Responsibilities
Lead and manage all account activities for a portfolio of Fortune 1000 and high growth customer accounts.
Ensure customer satisfaction measured by account renewal and upsell, as well as by net promoter score.
Renew and grow employer accounts and exceed revenue forecasts.
Schedule and execute employer quarterly business and annual reviews.
Secure and manage employer references.
Work closely with Relocation Consultants to ensure a full cycle great experience for customers and their transferees.
Solicit and document employer testimonials, feedback, and case studies.
Promote UrbanBound enhancements, new products, vendors and services to customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
Address invoicing, billing and receivables.
Assist with the onboarding of new customer accounts.
Convey engagement, enthusiasm and empathy at the point of contact with all external and internal customers.
Anticipate and understand needs by connecting the dots.
Balance initiative and self-direction with the need to work with and motivate others.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree from an accredited, 4-year university
Two to five years of account management or sales experience at a B2B, SaaS software company with a subscription license model
Experience working for early stage software companies is a plus
Extensive experience using Salesforce.com or another leading CRM
