What You'll Bring
Well organized with the ability to manage 40+ projects concurrently in a fast paced environment
Meticulous attention to detail, and some background in sales support, customer service, product support, underwriting, claims management or contract management work are a plus
Demonstrate ability to proactively find ways to improve, actively listen, clearly communicate, and constructively solve problems on behalf of the client and internal stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written skills with acute attention to detail
We’d Love to See:
Ability to work independently resolving questions and problems, and as a team player acting as a liaison and collaborator with multiple parties
Ability to positively influence, without authority, customers and internal stakeholders
Ability to stay calm and focused under intense pressure.
Experience navigating Salesforce or a similar CRM Software and SpringCM or a similar contract management software.
Moderate to advanced experience with MS Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
Impact You'll Make
Be the primary person to help drive revenue with Insurance carriers by managing incoming leads and routing them appropriately to sales team members
Establish a repeatable and measurable process to manage audits of all sales contracts, special terms and pricing to ensure compliance and reduce revenue leakage resulting from pricing errors
Service as the initial point of contact for New Customer on-boarding. Must be able to interpret the asks of TU Membership, and assist Account Managers & Account Executives in gathering and compiling ad-hoc documentation required to onboard new customers
Kick off new solution implementations by gather and submitting all relevant facts in order to complete the implementation form
Anticipate the needs of customers by gathering information to support customer business reviews and ad-hoc reports such as hit-rates, incident tracking, etc.
Partner closely with Account Managers and Sales Leaders to create & distribute monthly management reports and weekly prioritization reports
Develop standard operating procedures for daily account management duties and keep the Account Management Training guide up to date
