Inbound Sales Representative

It’s with that in mind that Hireology is looking to add a member to our Sales team. The Inbound Sales Representative will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from qualifying leads, setting appointments, negotiating contract terms, and closing the deal. We are seeking driven, sales-minded individuals that are looking for an opportunity to join a high-growth startup, and will be rewarded for performance with uncapped growth opportunity.
As our Inbound Sales Representative you’ll be responsible for:
Responding to businesses who have indicated their interest in partnering with Hireology.
Own and drive full sales cycle.
Conduct compelling and engaging product demonstrations via the web or in-person.
Meet or exceed sales objectives and quotas (monthly, quarterly, annually).
Maintain clean records and pipeline in Salesforce.com.

Pathological optimism and a can't-lose attitude, with a healthy dose of reality
A bachelor's degree required
1+ years of B2B Sales experience
Salesforce.com or other comparable CRM experience a plus
Highly motivated, driven, self-starter

- Speak with our Vice President of Sales. This will be an opportunity for us to get an idea of how you got to where you are, and if where you want to go lines up with where we are going.
