As an Account Specialist your role will be to provide excellent customer service to active eCommerce partnerships and maintain the health and commercial excellence of our brand partners on Provi.

Reporting to the Director, Account Management, you will work within our Brand Partnership Team and alongside our Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to manage and communicate supplier advertising activation and performance, as well as identify and scale revenue opportunities for Provi and for our SMB supplier partners. You should possess analytical thinking, a customer success mindset, and are eager to develop deep expertise in the B2B eCommerce arena. You will identify trends that cause issues on Provi and Citrus Ads platform and think of ways to solve these issues at scale. You can teach complex concepts and break them down to laymen terms. You identify as resourceful, confident, accountable, organized and a collaborator that is comfortable speaking up and lending a hand.

This is a remote position. Open to candidates anywhere in the U.S.

What you'll be doing

• Assist the Manager, Supplier Sales with creating decks, learning material for clients, and pulling up data and reporting.
• Field and onboard new SMB supplier partners across beer, wine, and spirits.
• Present routine insights, analytics, reporting, and brand performance optimizations internally and externally.
• Service a multitude of SMB accounts by answering questions via email, video, and phone.
• Identify and discover trends of issues that client partners are having and develop learning material to help solve these issues across many SMB clients.
• Leverage strong communication skills that allow you to teach complex topics to SMB clients.

What we are looking for

• At least 1-3 years experience, knowledge of customer success, client services, and data analytics reporting in SaaS or Digital Ad Agency
• Beverage alcohol and/or CPG ecosystem preferred
• Experience with Excel, Hubspot/CRM, Google Sheets
• Search experience preferred
• Experience creating learning materials content for clients for resource webpages
• Experience building decks for client education and learnings
• Experience in eCommerce, marketplace technology or advertising
• Hands-on experience with data visualization platforms like Domo, Tableau, etc
• Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Comfort taking responsibility for client accounts, conducting client calls, and communicating with clients on a regular basis
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dispersed team environment
