Account Supervisor

This position requires a deep understanding of the digital landscape, strategic thinking, and attention to detail. You will collaborate directly with clients and our team to identify the best solutions for ongoing projects and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Support account by delivering strategic insight on existing projects and optimize our resources to grow the account
- Work with business development and senior leadership to execute project plans, deliverables, timelines and goals for the client
- Be a credible subject matter expert to client and partners
- Contribute strategic value by managing budgets, resources and timelines for client initiative
- Schedule and lead regular calls and meetings with clients
- Assist in the development of plans and ensure that HS2 delivers them successfully
- Generate reports with insights, key learnings, and next steps
- Promote HS2 Solutions’ technology capabilities when interfacing with various clients
- Lead collaborative efforts with our competency teams in opportunity framing discussions and proposal generation
- Occasionally provide creative services and generate ideas for testing and optimization
- Provide post-deployment reports with insight, key learnings and clear next steps
- Plays a key role to ensure ongoing focus on results for our clients and recognition for our teams
- Effectively identifies team development opportunities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of six years of relevant work experience, preferably consulting, interactive, agency or direct marketing experience
- College degree required, MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- Ability to sell full suite of HS2 Solutions digital services (Custom Development, AEM, Drupal, Magento, etc.)
- 5+ years of demonstrated track record of developing senior level client relationships - strong client references are necessary
- Emerging trend enthusiast, focused on: digital marketing, eBusiness solutions, interactive media, strategy, technology, etc.
- Understand how to develop and execute digital strategies in partnership with clients
- Think and collaborate effectively at all levels and functions to execute business strategies
- Exemplary written and oral persuasive communication skills
- Strong client service orientation skills
- Candidate must be open to travel as needed
