About the Position

We are looking for an Affiliate Sales Representative to help continue the rocket ship growth of our Coupons/Affiliate platform.  This is a tremendous opportunity to shape the future of our Coupons business, and to be at the forefront of a new and exciting product that demonstrates tremendous value to our Clients and Raise.  This role will be responsible for bringing on new partners, sales of placements and other assets, and building of relationships with brands.  Ultimately, you are responsible for ensuring the overall merchant and consumer experience within the affiliate and coupons world of Raise and how we can exceed their wildest expectations!

What you’ll do:

  • Manage a large portfolio of existing national retail client relationships to facilitate growth of revenue through affiliate commission increases, exclusive online offers and paid advertising placement opportunities
  • Ensure campaigns are being targeted and executed correctly across all existing Raise opportunities, providing strategic guidance to optimize for market demand and merchant quality while maximizing ROI potential.
  • Act as a single point of contact for the merchant, collaborating with internal departments to oversee production, execution and follow through providing tracking, and analyzing results.
  • Execute client communications strategy to ensure service needs are met and drive continued engagement with Raise, encouraging client retention and loyalty
  • Provide high caliber client service, insights and recommendations on strategy and growth to an assigned set of merchant, network, and agency partner accounts.
  • Own day-to-day relationships with partners, proactively communicating via email and phone and responding to requests in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of campaigns against partner KPIs and identify opportunities to optimize performance. 
  • Act as internal champion for partners including collecting and delivering feedback to improve Raise's products and services.
  • Collaborate with email, creative, and finance teams to ensure that paid advertising placements are properly executed, delivered, and billed.
  • Monitor market and industry activity and consumer trends. Provide insights to the business that can help improve our products and services.
  • Conduct partner business reviews via periodic onsite visits or during industry trade shows.
  • Lead On-site client meetings by presenting business updates and solutions to Affiliate Managers and Executives.
  • Apply for new partnerships via Affiliate networks

What you’ve done:

  • BS/BA degree in marketing, business, or other related field
  • 5-8 years of relevant professional experience, 4-5 years of affiliate sales required
  • Tenacity in your sales approach, yet appreciate the power of flexibility in crafting business partnerships
  • Proven success with fast moving sales or technology companies
  • A track record of consistently exceeding sales revenue targets with ease
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated digital media/marketing planning experience or knowledge base
  • Your obsession with organization and documentation rubs off on others
  • A successful track record of working with Commission Junction, Rakuten, Linkshare, and/or other affiliate networks
  • Solid track record of building relationships and collaborating across all functions of the organization.
