Your Life as a Maven:

  • Oversee and lead the activities and performance of the Microsoft channel sales team, including recruiting, training and coaching the sales team members and setting individual performance targets. 
  • Define, align, communicate and execute channel-related GTM strategies. 
  • Collaborate with Channel Alliance Management to set and manage growth strategies and strengthen critical relationships. 
  • Coordinate with Marketing on lead generation and co-branding initiatives. 
  • Align Atos and channel service offerings and assist with deal strategy and sales execution. 
  • Provide leadership-level engagement with channel and customer audiences. 

Your Expertise:

  • 10+ years of relevant sales and sales management experience, including channel sales.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies and in customer relationship management.
  • Proven experience leading and managing a sales team to meet quotas and in setting sales goals.
  • Experience in selling IT professional services
  • Previous experience with cloud product or services selling; ideally with Azure.
  • Experience managing medium to large organizations.
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
