Job description

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure we provide the best experience to our potential new customers in B2B segment (real estate companies, rental buildings and offices). The primary responsibility of this role is to convert leads to customers for future.

·   Identify lead list of B2B customers and develop relationships with real estate companies, rental buildings and offices

·   Understand their rental needs through phone calls and in person visit

·   Prepare competitive quotes for their rental needs

·   Work closely with Founders to set up time and close the sale

·   Hand off the requirements to the fulfillment team

·   Get customer feedback post delivery

·   Gather testimonial from customers post delivery

Experience and qualifications

·   3-5 years of sales experience

·   Strong communication skills (oral and written)

·   Knowledge of working with MS Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint

·   Knowledge of real estate market would be great but not required

·   We will require referrals from previous employers and may ask for a call with them
