Business Development Executive - First Party Collections

Our Financial Services team is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive supporting our First Party Collections business. This position is accountable for achieving annual new business and revenue goals through opportunity management, consultative sales and superior client service generating growth to customers and prospects. This key position will be responsible for prospecting and selling our first party collections solutions to financial institutions. This role emphasizes penetration of “greenfield” clients and growth through delivery of strategic initiative solutions.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years in collections operations and risk management experience is highly desirable
- Business development/sales experience in collections and risk management
Impact You'll Make:
- Partner with Market Development and Sales to determine optimal strategy to engage customers, establish relationships with key stakeholders, create opportunities and record wins.
- Create and lead customer presentations addressing customers’ business challenges to drive solution adoption.
- Interface with Financial Services sales teams, product SME’s, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding on efforts to engage customers and support sales.
- Communicate identified industry/customer challenges, product gaps/needs and opportunities with market strategy.
- Effectively plan, manage, drive solution adoption, and sell to accounts.
- Lead external account planning process by identifying key business issues and aligning specific TU solutions to address client issues and opportunities.
- Maximize account penetration by increasing depth and breadth of TU solutions across customers’ organization.
- Support and contribute to internal customer planning process (including opportunity prioritization) in order to manage opportunities and sales initiatives.
