Job Description
US Remote opportunity; frequent travel required.
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Avigilon’s products and services through direct customer contact within the assigned geographic territory and accounts.
Create, nurture and respond to sales opportunities and close sales orders within assigned account.
Create, manage, and maintain sales pipelines with assigned account.
Create, maintain, and execute business plans for assigned account and strategic alliances.
Create and execute marketing plans for assigned account, includes marketing campaigns, tradeshows, and any marketing programs approved.
Work with Global Sales Team members to execute and complete business plans for assigned accounts.
Develop and maintain relationships at Executive level with all assigned account.
Service and maintain created partner programs for assigned account.
Work to identify new markets, partnering opportunity with accounts, new business plans and objectives, and video solutions portfolio growth plans
Regularly, with discipline, track sales activities with all channel partner and end user opportunities using Salesforce.com
Oversee and manage the sale of video solutions, products and services within the assigned account.
Prepare proposals and quotes for prospective customers and provide them with published prices, and information regarding terms of sales and delivery dates.
Provide product and sales training to assigned accounts to help them understand our products including how and when they should be used according to their specific application.
Supervise and manage installations at customer sites and in key accounts as needed in order to assure proper commissioning of the system and confirmation of customer expectations and requirements.
Identify key surveillance market influencers, establish contact with them, and demonstrate to them the superiority and utility of our products.
Participate in the development of training materials..
Create a positive work environment and utilize team building skills with other team members and direct reports.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in enterprise security surveillance solutions selling
Experience in developing new net business opportunities while maintaining an existing book of business
Proven record of achievement in delivering sales results and developing collaborative relationships
Ability to accurately forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Strong understanding of our go-to-market strategy and sales philosophy is required
Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills
Time management skills are required, and candidates must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment
Proven funnel development through aggressive prospecting
Functional understanding of Microsoft and Google Apps, especially Excel/Sheets
Exceptional presentation skills required
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and demonstrate new software at a high level
Knowledge of CRMs, Saleforce.com is a plus
Frequent travel to customer accounts throughout North American (25% - 50% travel)
Must reside near a major airport given travel requirements
