Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will help contribute to our continued growth by supporting our Sales Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated, individual to join an extremely successful sales team within a rapidly growing organization! There is a direct path of advancement to an Account Executive role after a successful performance as a BDR.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute on cold calling and email campaign strategies to qualify potential customers as a match for Envoy services and technology
Qualify outbound opportunities and develop a strong opportunity pipeline for Account Executives via phone and email communications
Maintaining records of all interactions with qualified prospects
Partner with Account Executives to strategically target ideal customer accounts for Envoy
You Have:
Bachelor’s degree required
A strong desire to gain hands-on sales experience including effective targeting, lead generation, and sales development
Strong verbal, written, and listening skills
High-energy, results-oriented personality with a positive attitude and approach
Ability to quickly learn complex subjects and communicate them in a simple manner
Experience in software sales is a bonus
Sales Tech Stack:
Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Highspot, and PowerBI
