Milyli is looking for a Business Development Representative who is an organized and process-driven individual that will work directly with our CEO to help maintain the sales and business development efforts. This role is perfect for someone highly motivated, interested in the fascinating world of eDiscovery, and looking to launch their sales career in a position that reports directly to the CEO.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Manage the CRM and leverage the tool's functionality for greater sales efficiency.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
- Arrange customer meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Craft and manage email campaigns.
- Create and maintain client databases and mail lists.
- Provide effective administrative support.
- Other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or relevant work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills and can maintain multiple process-driven daily tasks.
- Proficiency with G Suite applications and CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to have:
- Experience within the legal industry.
- Experience working with B2B software sales.
