We seek to add a Business Development Representative to our growing team.
ABOUT THE JOB
This role focuses on identifying and helping close new business opportunities for the Milyli sales team. This includes conducting discovery research, cold calling, supporting email campaigns, and setting appointments. The job requires strategic collaboration across the sales team and the broader Milyli organization. A self-starting “hunter” mentality and strong communication skills are essential in any qualifying candidate.
Your Responsibilities
Sales Operations
Presenting Milyli’s products and technologies using messages that demonstrate value to potential customers
Prospecting toward a daily/weekly quota of qualified potential customers with cold calls and emails
Securing, coordinating, and booking sales appointments (on behalf of the Director of Sales and Account Executives)
Conducting thorough discovery research, calls, and meetings used to inform additional conversations with prospects and close business
Prioritizing required outreach against business goals and personal workload
Assisting Customer Services with product implementation
Strategic Responsibilities
Staying up-to-date on all Milyli products, technologies, and brand messaging
Providing insights on eDiscovery marketplace and trends, relaying important customer feedback and proposing effective ways to evolve Milyli’s sales strategies to close new business
Sharing one’s personal knowledge base (e.g. appointment details, customer notes) with Director of Sales and Account Executives in a frequent, thorough, transparent, and helpful manner
Administrative/Marketing Support
Helping qualify leads from marketing campaigns
Maintaining clean and current customer records in the Milyli CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
Documenting any individual or joint sales calls/email activities in the CRM
Ensuring SLAs, contracts, and other official documents are delivered and maintained in an organized, timely manner

Your Qualifications
1+ years of sales experience preferred but not mandatory, preferably with technology, software, services selling B2B solutions
Bachelor’s Degree
An outgoing, “hunter” personality type eager to problem-solve and solution sell
Proven track record of success and consistent quota attainment
Resilient attitude not afraid of the phone
Learns and understands complex technology quickly and thoroughly
Strong listening and verbal communication, writing, and presentation skills
Self-motivated to work without constant supervision
Creativity and flexibility to contribute to a growing company
Superior time management skills, interest in self-development, and a strong sense of owning one’s own success
Organized team player with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Clickdimensions and Microsoft Dynamics experience preferable
Things To Remember
This is a full-time position.
There is minimal travel required for this position.
You must be able to legally work in the U.S.
