Business Development Representative
Summary: Framework Communications is growing at almost 100% year over year. To continue on this pace, we’re going to need talent. That’s where you come in. We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us continue to attract new prospects for our CareFree Cloud and Managed Services Practice. The ideal candidate will be eager to build the foundations for a long, fruitful career in technology sales, and will be willing to work collaboratively with our team to round out their skillset. The BDR role will be out of our West Loop, Chicago office and will report to our CMO.

Key BDR Responsibilities: (Do)
Act as the first point of contact for all potential Framework customers
Generate customer interest in the Small and Mid-Market Business segments for Framework’s professional services and deployment offerings
Work interdependently with our Account Executives to identify, target and open opportunities for engagements
Meet or exceed your daily customer touch point goals
Maintain an accurate and up to date CRM
Attend community events, networking events and other areas of interest to grow personally and your network
Provide customer feedback and commentary to marketing and product teams to help us continually refine our messaging
Commitment to hard work, personal and team growth, and doing the right thing at all times
Compensation and Perks: (Get)
Base salary between $40,000 and $50,000 per year, commensurate with experience
The opportunity to earn $75,000 per year at 100% of your quota
A direct and documented path to outside sales with the training and support to get you there within 18 months
