As a Business Services Manager, Security, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and delivery of Calder7’s security program. The Business Services Manager, Security works directly with leadership, reviews work, and provides guidance for colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, maintenance and continual measurement of an active security program that engages employees and reduces risk to Relativity by changing human behavior, and ensures our company remains compliant
  • Build purposeful relationships by collaborating, sharing and seeking opinions and ideas across Relativity’s functions
  • Engage with brands, global support functions, third parties and high-risk individuals to raise cyber security awareness and ensure understanding of security threats through internal and external communications efforts
  • Continually assess current and emerging threats (both internal and external) that can be incorporated for future security education and awareness initiatives
  • In consultation and partnership with the People Communications and Brand teams, Create and deliver visionary and compelling content for internal, external and customer-facing presentations
  • Support differentiated event marketing experiences at Relativity, industry third-party events, and executive leadership opportunities
  • Partner with other marketing specialist teams to execute innovative marketing campaigns, thought leadership, content marketing, webinars, and web design to build customer pipeline
  • In consultation and coordination with People Communications, Oversee the smooth running of day-to-day internal communications activities and events
  • Work with cross functional stakeholders in the organization to identify key process and systems improvements required for scalability and efficiency.
  • Gather and define business requirements for improvement projects across functional teams.
  • Work with business stakeholders to develop sophisticated and efficient solutions.
  • Define and build key performance indicators to track operational performance. Use data to assess business impact and priorities.
  • Drive problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives to improve operations processes
  • Support leadership with dashboards, KPIs and ad-hoc analyses.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience of assisting in the implementation of internal communications, awareness, education and training events or campaigns within a large organization (desirable)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills, strong track record negotiating and managing internal and external stakeholders and third parties
  • Strong personal training and development experience with the ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to form complex communications/messages in a simple, clear and concise manner to different audiences

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Proven track record of operating in time critical, diverse, creative and corporate environments
  • Proven ability to plan, organize and execute internal and external events
  • Demonstrable interest in information security and the risk, threats and vulnerabilities
  • Proven ability to work in collaborative environment
  • 3-5 years in a communications role at a technology company
