As a Carrier Sales Representative you will be developing, maintaining, and growing relationships between carriers and MoLo Solutions. You will continuously prospect and on-board quality carriers to ensure we are able to execute according to our customers’ shipping requirements. This fast-paced role gives you exposure to sales, operations, account management all while working on a growing team.
Our training program allows for new and experienced Carrier Sales Representatives to become comfortable with our technology, the transportation industry, grasp how we grow and cultivate customer relationships, and allows for peer to peer coaching. This helps to create the fast paced, fun and dynamic work environment we experience every day.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· 6+ months of transportation/logistics experience
· Team-oriented player
· Ability to thrive under deadlines
· High attention to detail and ability to multitask
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational skills
