We are rapidly growing and need a CRO in Chicago
We’ve grown organically off our own cash flow and profitably for 12 years. However, recently we raised $24M in capital to rapidly accelerate our growth, with a particular focus on North America and Europe. We are looking for a proven CRO with deep B2B SaaS experience to be based in our Chicago office.
CRO Role and responsibilities
Reporting to the CEO, the CRO is the global leader of all Go to Market (GTM) teams and owns managing, building and accelerating all customer channels of revenue. Existing today and building out for the future. The CRO is responsible for the strategy, alignment and performance of sales, customer success, field marketing, sales led outbound demand generation, business development and partner/channel management.
The CRO is responsible globally for all GTM operations including enablement.
At Ansarada GTM functions are organised into cross functional industry vertical teams which are located across the globe. The CRO role is responsible for the strategy and performance of each industry based team and ensures that each GTM functional discipline is driving the performance of their respective stage of the funnel. GTM operations and enablement report to the CRO.
CRO Interaction with CMO and Marketing.
The CMO and CRO work in lockstep. The CMO reports directly to the CEO also and ensures that Ansarada's message is distributed across channels and to targeted audiences in order to meet GTM objectives. The CMO is responsible for brand strategy, brand assets, creative, content, PR, advertising, social media, digital channels, digital lead generation (MQL’s), and product marketing.
Sales generated outbound demand generation is owned by the CRO, as is field marketing activities, like events that support regional and industry based sales activity.

The Ansarada Platform is made up of two main products and is trusted daily by thousands of the world’s leading investors, advisors and companies for their most important information and most important outcomes.
Originally we built a virtual data room product and obsessively crafted it into the world’s best. However, we didn't stop there. We didn’t like seeing companies in their best shape at the end of a deal instead of before it. We also saw the speed of business increasing and the growing premium that was placing on business readiness. We believed that a company knowing and acting on it’s biggest risks and opportunities should be and always-on state, not a lengthy, expensive and stressful process done at the end of their life cycle.
So late last year we launched a new product that’s based off the proprietary data and experience from outcomes on more than 25,000 M&A, IPO’s, Cap Raises and other deals. We launched and are continually building AI and machine learning tools that further automate tasks, identify opportunities, and remove unnecessary risks.
