Epsilon- Digital Client Account Director
The Digital Client Account Director will be a part of our Email Center of Excellence team with a focus in the Financial and CPG vertical. The Client Account Director is responsible for the development of strategic solutions that will enable clients to maximize their utilization of our PeopleCloud Messaging product, measure meaningful outcomes and drive Customer success. In addition, the Client Account Director is responsible for the management, supervision, direction and evaluation of assigned direct reports
The Client Account Director is expected to perform all job duties including the following:

• Oversees and leads a team of associates responsible for driving product adoption and activation across FSI and CPG clients within the PeopleCloud Messaging product
• Translating customer business objectives into optimizing the use of the PeopleCloud Messaging platform
• Serves as the trusted advisor and email channel expert with internal partners and externally with clients
• Applies expert understanding of PeopleCloud Messaging platform to solve clients marketing challenges
• Manages PeopleCloud Messaging product adoption and acceleration plans across the organization
• Work's cross-functionally with client's, technology teams, agencies, and internal teams to deliver on their e-mail marketing strategy and vision to help achieve Client's business goals
• Provides e-mail best practices and thought leadership to client and client service teams
• Participates in email strategy discussions, business reviews and new email business opportunities

Required Experience:

• 10+ or more years of experience managing email marketing campaigns (client side, agency, or email service provider)
• Direct marketing and multi-channel marketing experience
• Superior organizational and interpersonal skills as well as strong written and verbal communication abilities in order to work with a broad array of client, agency, and vendor contacts
• Passion for online/email marketing and strong knowledge of internet marketing
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong analytic and organizational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills, familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, dynamic environment

Education:

• BA or BS highly preferred

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Epsilon's Messaging email product suite a plus
