Job Description
Job Summary:
The Client Development Sales Assistant will support the Client Development team that is responsible for maintaining and growing existing accounts. It will provide an introduction into the client services arm of Epsilon's Digital Media Solutions group which enables brands to execute digital marketing to reach target audiences.
Responsibilities

  • Manage internal projects that support the creation, execution, and reporting on programmatic media campaigns for clients
  • Handle creation of client deliverables (for example: post-campaign reports, client presentations, proposals, etc.) that support sales activities aimed at generating revenue
  • Effectively facilitate day-to-day management of accounts internally: monitor media campaigns, run operational meetings, manage budget trackers and insertion orders, etc.
  • Collaborate with Epsilon cross-functional teams in account management, media, and analytics to ensure that programmatic campaigns deliver against client marketing goals
  • Utilize knowledge of reporting and analytical skills to troubleshoot and correct issues
  • Support strategic projects where appropriate


Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of work history, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven ability to meet project deadlines
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Works well in a team-oriented, highly collaborative environment
  • Passionate and self-motivated with a constant drive to succeed no matter what
  • Keen listening skills and the ability to ask relevant questions
  • Ability to formulate ideas and solutions by synthesizing information in real time
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment driven by measurable results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven quantitative skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Familiarity with Sales Management Software (ideally Salesforce.com) a plus but not required
