Being a Cloud Renewals Specialist at iManage means…
You will join one of our newer teams within the business and have the opportunity to grow with us!! You will be working cross-functionally with our Sales, Finance, Cloud Services, and Legal teams to maintain our renewal forecasts for our iManage Cloud, Share, and Closing Folders subscriptions. You are going to help us continue to grow our cloud footprint and bring your expertise to a collaborative team.

iM Responsible For…
- Cloud Renewals: Owning, driving and managing the renewal process in collaboration with our account team to meet or exceed your goals on-time. Developing and executing win/win negotiation strategies for contract renewal that maximize contract value while protecting and enhancing the customer relationship. Analyzing customer subscription history to accurately build customer quotations.
- Client Engagement: Presenting, pricing and selling iManage cloud services to your assigned customers and providing focused insight for our clients on the best possible cloud solutions for their firm.
- Pipeline Management: Continuously managing the renewal pipeline and collaborating with the team in weekly/monthly meetings to discuss renewal forecasts, top renewals, and at-risk accounts. Reviewing and interpreting contract conditions by working with our finance and legal teams to ensure all contracts are accurate.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with our Customer Success, Support, Cloud Services, Professional Services, Sales and our leadership team to resolve customer issues and help develop resolution strategies to finalize cloud renewals and help to improve our cloud renewals processes.
- Reporting & Ownership of Confidential Data: Accurately tracking all renewals related activity and information within our internal systems and supporting our finance team with our monthly billing processes. Continuously monitoring, validating, and updating any customer inconsistences across our different software applications. Assisting with the contract creation as well as archiving and maintaining all contractual information in our database.
iM Qualified Because I have…
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
- A fundamental understanding of SaaS product solutions as well as 3 or more years of experience in a sales, account management, finance or renewals role at a SaaS organization
- Client-facing experience and a confidence in engaging with clients over the phone and email
- Strong mathematical abilities
- Keen attention to detail and excellent recordkeeping skills
- Experience using Salesforce.com and Microsoft Excel to manage, analyze and report customer data and metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with professionals at all levels in an organization (including C-suite leadership)
- The ability to work effectively with a team in a dynamic and changing environment, while taking the initiative, staying organized and motivated, and deliver outstanding quality, and maintaining excellent follow up, is required
- A can-do approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously and the ability to prioritize your workload based on your goals
- The drive to manage and handle any conflicts professionally and see through to resolution by utilizing the resources available to me
