Bartesian is elevating the cocktail experience by offering premium cocktails, without the hassle. Bartesian creates bar-quality cocktails on demand, providing an effortless way to enjoy and serve premium cocktails at home and in areas where it is difficult to have a highly trained mixologist. 

POSITION OVERVIEW

Bartesian is looking for a dynamic, high-performing leader with sales and relationship management experience. You will be responsible for obtaining new clients via phone, email and in-person presentations while also maintaining relationships to ensure client satisfaction/retention. The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business and ensuring their customers are successful. 

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITES

  • Close new outbound business through prospecting, cold calling, setting demonstrations, pilot programs and program rollouts
  • Manage a pipeline of up to dozens of accounts at any given time
  • Serve as a product knowledge expert and successfully overcome prospective customer objections
  • Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our customers
  • Track and report progress on daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Consistent travel to customers

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience including cold calling, setting appointments and closing new business
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college in business or related field
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
  • “Hunter” mentality: this is a fast-growth environment with tremendous selling opportunity
  • An entrepreneurial spirit: the idea of being an active participant in a growing company must excite you
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Must have a positive attitude with a drive to win

What is Preferred:

  • Previous experience with working in hospitality, F&B or parallel industries
  • Previous experience managing partner relationships
  • Project management experience
