CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a member of the Corporate Development team, this role supports team initiatives through day-to-day assistance on the scheduling, review and cataloguing of potential vendor discussions, managing and maintaining departmental reporting, and providing service and analysis on existing partnerships across contract management and sourcing procedures.
ABOUT THE CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT TEAM
Corporate Development is charged with identifying and establishing opportunities for value creation through a combination of industry analysis, business review and strategic partnerships. Working horizontally with key stakeholders across the organization, the Corporate Development team aims to develop collaborative engagements with external parties that lead to positive business results for Centro as a whole.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the scheduling of potential vendor/partner discussions, as well as manage follow-ups to ensure timely and meaningful responses
- Manage and maintain vendor database; including collection and input of current conversations, capturing internal points of view
- Support in managing, improving and delivering initiative-based reports across the organization to key stakeholders
- Manage master vendor list and open contracts on a day-to-day basis; including generation of expiring contract reports (inclusive of usage stats, user feedback)
- Manage and catalogue all company contracts (current and historical)
- Assist in preliminary RFP process, including supporting research of consideration set, development of RFP and maintaining scorecards; provide support on day-to-day communications (internal and external)
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years’ experience in digital advertising, with a depth of knowledge in advertising technologies and/or marketing technologies
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Heavy attention to detail
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word)
