Munch Ado’s Corporate Account Executive will work with regional groups, chains and franchise restaurants with 15+ locations to create partnerships through our integrated digital marketing platform. Our unique stand-alone platform offers first generation technology and is unique in the industry.

What you’ll do:

  • Cultivate, build and maintain strong relationships with regional corporate restaurant group decision makers.
  • Generate market awareness by networking with industry players, this will involve extensive regional travel up to 70-80%
  • Responsible for achieving financial targets and sales goals.
  • Partner with marketing and account managers to exceed the unique needs of each client.
  • Drive and collaborate with multiple departments to support a seamless client experience
  • Report regularly on progress, responses and attitudes in the market
  • Maintain, measure, review and report the status of leads within the CRM system daily.
  • Oversee the strategy for continuously improving the corporate client experience through training, service and product enhancements.
  • Analyze opportunities and activity to ensure you are meeting expectations and milestones.
  • Other duties as needed

What you’ll need:

  • 5-7 years of full cycle, outside sales experience in restaurant corporate chain and group service outside sales.
  • Experience and connections selling to restaurant franchises and large restaurant groups
  • Ability to stay on task, remain organized and manage client appointments across the US
  • Impeccable presentation and social abilities at the C-level
  • Understands the needs of the Board of Directors and operations of a large-scale restaurant organization
  • An unrelenting drive to succeed.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on providing exemplary client service and account management.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and proven ability to self-manage and motivate
  • Experience in developing, improving and communicating standard operating procedures.
  • Past success working in a high activity, high volume environment while maintaining high quality service.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas simply
  • Intimate knowledge of the restaurant industry and the challenges business owners and managers face
  • Flexibility to adapt to the ever-changing technology and operations of restaurants

The Ideal Corporate Account Executive:

  • Has proven track record of demonstrated success building strong, customer facing and service-oriented sales teams, with experience specifically in the restaurant franchise and large group industry.
  • Is personable, professional, and has experience closing large deals with owners, the marketing department and C level clients
  • Has experience and relationships selling marketing and/or technology services to restaurant groups
  • Outstanding networking skills and extensive network within the restaurant franchise industry
  • Is a member of multiple networking groups in the restaurant industry
  • Willing to travel 80% and knows how to keep commitments
  • Overdelivers
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across multiple internal groups and support a positive culture

Compensation: Base + Bonus + Commission
