Coworking Advisor - Chicago
The Role
As an Upsuite Coworking Advisor, you'll be out in the field, as a full-time employee with benefits, a career path, and equity for the right candidate.
You’ll meet clients through Upsuite’s portal, by your own prospecting, and through our network of relationships with established CRE brokerage firms including Colliers, Cushman Wakefield, CBRE, JLL, and more.
Day to day, you will:
Advance teams and individuals who register on the portal to book and complete tours of spaces
Negotiate on your client’s behalf
Attend industry events and use prospecting techniquest to find new clients
Build relationships with companies and teams while sharing your expertise to help them navigate their next office move
Use our online tools and our robust Hubspot system to access the latest data and manage your transactions, client information, and more
Skills & Experience
3+ years in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) field preferably as a broker (Though an active real estate license is not required)
Customer-advocate mindset and a commitment to delivering the best client experience possible
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Enthusiasm for learning new tech tools
Knowledge of your local market
