Department OverviewThe Mission of Customer Experience (CX) & Field Quality Team is to enhance customer experience by driving Motorola Solutions’ priorities and actions.
Customer Experience representatives interface with different MSI organizations & departments to develop and implement strategies and action plans to improve customer experience with our products and service..
Job Description
In this role you will:
Enhance customer experience with our Mobile and Fixed Video products and services.
Identify key areas for improvement & drive action plans in the end-to-end process with our Video business.
Identify key critical field quality issues and drive for resolution.
Manage the Customer Experience & Quality Governance and Issues
Manage CX projects from inception to completion, including tracking and evaluation of project performance
Ensure that CX projects are completed on time, within budget, and within accepted quality metrics
Communicate CX projects status to key stakeholders
Continuously improve built-in & seamless Quality
Participate in the development of CX strategies, and new solutions to take advantage of business opportunities
Collaborate with Sales, Services, Product, Engineering, Technical Support, & Supply Chain key stake orders identify gaps in Motorola Solutions execution and propose recommendations
Conduct or support lessons learned for customer satisfaction and business improvement related issues
Other duties as assigned
Basic Requirements
BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university
5 years of related work experience.
